Village Fête and Fell Run 2009

Wincle Fête Saturday 30 May 2009 at Mellor Knowl Farm

A glorious day was had by all...

Under a clear blue sky, the fête this year was once again at Mellor Knowl Farm, just above The Ship Inn, Wincle. All the usual favourites were there – the renowned WI tea tent, stalls and games for all to enjoy. All proceeds will go to Wincle Church and the school.

The first planning meeting is usually held early in the New Year. Volunteers are always needed, both on and before the fête day, so if you think that you can help next year please contact Emma Heald (01260 227224).
