The Women’s Institute has a very active branch based in Wincle. Activities are always well attended and the branch attracts membership from well beyond the Parish boundaries. New members are always made welcome. The branch takes an active role in the Parish’s activities and has a pro-active presence at many of the local events such as the annual Fete and the Wincle School Xmas Fair.

The Committee organise monthly events which include presentations by speakers on a wide range of topics, visits to historical and cultural centres, craft evenings, local walks and meals at local restaurants. Partners are most welcome at many of these events.
